thorough, intelligent, excellent bedside manner
I saw John Cann FNP while he was working at the urgent care in Peabody, MA. Even though he was the only provider on with one medical assistant they were both amazing. He did a focused exam based on my complaint, accurately diagnosed me, prescribed antibiotics, and I was better in 24 hours. Very intelligent, smiled a lot given his chaotic work day with lack of resources which was very clear to all the patients waiting. but still managed to make everyone satisfied. I wish he was a PCP! So sad he’s not there anymore.
