My experience with Dr. Berg was great. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. I recommend Dr Berg to anyone who needs an optometrist.

I’ve been going to him for years. We moved, and I tried a different doctor, but their prescription was incorrect. I drove to Dr. Berg, and he gave me the correct prescription.

I had the best exam very thorough He took his time with me. Very patient with me. I’ve just called for my next one. If he is gonna take his time with me then he does with all his patients I don’t mind waiting although I didn’t have to

This was the best eye exam I’ve ever had. Unlike other exams where I was rushed through the process, Dr. Berg took his time with the exam and patiently answered all my questions and discussed all options. He even put in my contacts to show me how it’s done. Excellent service at a very reasonable price; I highly recommend him!

Never may it in for a visit but just from dealing with them over the phone I can say they are the rudest office I have ever dealt with. I was trying to ask a simple questions regarding insurance (I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes) and whoever originally answered the phone (as she didn't provide me her name) had an attitude problem and when the phone was passed off to Dr. Berg he simply said "Goodbye" and hung up on me. Zero customer service. I will never consider this office again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Walked in as a new patient and the secretary(?) at the front desk was very rude and said flatly fill this out and sign this but do it in the waiting room. No pleasantry at all. The doctor was 20 minutes late for the appointment. During the checkout, I asked if they accepted debit and was told yes but it was run as credit with no explanation. The RX was also written incorrectly. I left with my prescription and went to the optical store next door and the Dr. was talking about me when I entered
