He can come off a little surly and cranky at times. Anybody sane would after X amount of hours spent in a Walmart. Look past that. He is very careful and thorough, and he performed the best eye examination my wife and I have ever received. A very competent and professional Optomitrist in a world where that's becoming very hard to find. I highly recommend.
