Very thorough. Dr. Anderson is a pro, he offers a personalized one on one experience - and I have always been very satisfied with the attention he provides. I have had several fairly awful experiences when I have gone to other optometrists just trying to get a new prescription for my glasses. I have been with Dr. Anderson for almost 10 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
