This review should have transpired last year after Joel took care of my Momma in the hospital 9/2019. The love, kindness, and respect he showed my Momma was just very heartfelt. Yes she had Alzheimer's disease but he still talked to her and developed a rapport with her and myself. Most medical personnel forget the fact that these patients are still human so they need to be treated as such. He was spectacular and I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. Don't ever let the system change who you are and remember why you went into this field.
