I do not recommend NP Smith
After a few appointments with NP Smith, I decided to switch to another provider despite the convenience of his proximity to my home. It seemed to me that his focus was more on financial gain than on patient care. His demeanor during appointments was unprofessional, and at times, it felt like he took out his frustrations on me as the patient. Given the challenges of healthcare, I believe it's worth traveling farther to find a compassionate healthcare provider. Based on my experience, I would not recommend NP Smith if you have other options available.

If I had followed his advice, I'd be dead.
I went to Mr. Smith with difficulty breathing and an elevated heart rate. He diagnosed me with an asthma exacerbation. I actually had a life threatening condition called a pulmonary embolism. He DID run a test to rule out a pulmonary embolism, however he waited 7 days to check the results of that test (which had been available just a few hours after he ordered it). By the time he followed up, I had already taken myself to the ER, been admitted for a life threatening emergency, treated by another provider, and released from the hospital. Had I followed Mr. Smith's instructions, I would be dead. I already have cardiac damage, likely due to the delay in appropriate care.
