Mr. Santos provides a safe and open environment for me to open up and work through difficult topics. I would recommend him to other veterans, as I believe he understands the issues we deal with daily. He is always available and works around my busy schedule. The cliff notes would say "he understands and works with you. "

I came to Joe when I had experienced a traumatic event in my life. With his help I was able to recover more quickly than expected. I feel ready and have a plan to move forward. I feel like I will thrive, not just survive.

Mr. Santos is a really professional person. I am currently on transition leave from the military and needed help coping with my situation as well and getting help to be able to take my dog with me to my follow on location. Mr. Santos was able to take me in at last minute, listen to my problems and woes, and help me cope with my situation. He also took to the time to help me out on a weekend when I had no one else to turn to. He also was willing to write me an emotional support letter for my dog to help keep him with me. Mr. Santos is willing to always provide an open ear for those who need it and will do everything in his power to assist. Definitely 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Santos did an amazing job as my counselor and has helped me to heal during a challenging part of my life. His skills, empathy, and understanding were evident and made this process efficient and effective. I would highly recommend anyone using him as a counselor in the future.

Would definitely NOT recommend Mr. Santos. I met once with Mr. Santos in December 2019. I have experience with other counselors as a comparison. It did not go well with Mr.Santos. He talked and talked about what he thought I should focus on and never even asked why I had come to see him. I told him our session was not going well and I didn't think we were a good fit. He kept pushing for hypnosis. He never billed me until this week (May,2020) and enclosed a threatening note with the bill to send my bill out for collection. He is very unprofessional.

Mr. Santos is a true professional whom is very methodical in analyzing and tending to my needs. He is very understanding and provides sensible option towards issues at hand. His office setting is very pleasant and is passionate towards achieving positive results in timely manner. I know anyone whom is serious about addressing and mitigating medical needs will achieve satisfactory results with Mr. Santos.

Joe Santos is an excellent therapist who takes the time to listen and allows you to process your actions AND thoughts.

Mr. Santos has helped my daughter tremendously. She was involved in a traumatic event last year.... she always comes out better and stronger after ever session. My daughter was hesitant to try counseling but Mr. Santos made her extremely comfortable and she is always eager to go back! Great job Mr. Santos.

Recently, I had felt like I was at the end of a very short rope. I was afforded (through my job) an opportunity to seek assistance. Mr. Santos was able to schedule me in a timely manner and has definitely made a difference with my mental stability. I am very optimistic about continuing to delve further and I look forward to more visits.

Joe really cares about his patients. I am currently going through a very traumatic divorce and after 5 sessions I have come out stronger. Even after the 1st session I noticed a big difference in my life. He is amazing!! I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a tough time with anything in your life. He has connections to others that will help you with whatever you need. He is a great guy.

Joe helped me when no one else could. He taught me an amazing technique for dealing with my anxiety, and helped me to deal with some troubling issues in my past. I've seen quite a few other people for these issues. He's the only one who actually taught me how to get through it, instead of just listening to me talk. I didn't need sympathy. I needed results. Joe Santos is not a hand holder. He's a healer.

Great he never gave up on me, and showed he cared. I would recommend Mr. Santos to all, especial to Veterans.
