After scheduling appointment, speaking about insurance information, being called to be reminded of said appointment, arriving at office, and filling out ALL paperwork I am then told I MUST pay cash. I’m not allowed to use my wage work card or debit card. When I tell them I don’t have cash & wasn’t aware of this they tell me to go buy something from Walmart &get cash back. Why does he only accept cash?? Kind of a red flag to me. Will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau.
