Jody is a tremendous resource for those of us experiencing PTSD, Depressive disorders or anxiety disorders. I have seen her for over two years and she provides necessary tools and caring compassion that allows me to deal with my day to day symptoms. Detailed planning towards improvements are a major plus for me.
