Dr.Bauer is a very caring and good doctor she always takes her time to listen to your problems and concerns.

I came in with concerns about some symptoms I've been having. I thought they were likely due to peri menopause. The PA was more focused on my mental health and what SHE thought it COULD be rather than anything I said. She cut me off when I was explaining symptoms and showed no interest in my concerns. Instead she counsels me on mental health and my diet. After labs were done and she read over them and she knew the cause wasn't what she thought it would be, she said she doesn't know what's causing me symptoms. I'll go to a different provider who will listen and hopefully find out what my symptoms mean.

Worst experience, rude and not compassionate at all. Wouldn’t listen to my concerns at all.

She wasn't friendly like a typical care provider. Her temperment and personality were flat and there were times throughout the visit that she came across as though she was upset about something. Maybe this is just her personality but it was not a comfortable visit.

I do not like the way this person treated me during my visit. I had real concern about having a disease and she treated me like I was a child. She was rude unempathetic and cold. Next time I'll wait and see my primary care physician. At least my physician knows how to treat patients.

Jody is so caring. Always asks if you have any concerns. Although she is busy she always makes you feel like you're the most important person to her. She is an angel

I would never consider going to any other clinic unless the situation requires it.
