Excellent Therapist
Found JoDee through my employer's EAP, and have been seeing her for over a year. She is excellent and does a good job balancing sympathy and action. She empathizes with my situation, but also gives me tools to get out of it and help me understand what could be causing it.

If you don't already have something scheduled ahead of time, it is really hard to get in. Much less if you need an urgent session. There are times when i still was not able to get in until my next session two weeks later. She tends to be booked up.
