Jocelyn Harrington phoned my cell at 11:05 a.m. and informed me that I had missed my appointment scheduled at 11:00. She knew I was driving from Canandaigua, and I explained that I was very close to the office. I arrived at the office at 11:07 a.m., and was I refused admittance. I was very angry with the clerical staff and demanded that the Dr. be informed. They informed me that it was Jocelyn herself that directed that she call. Jocelyn Harrington is not a doctor, and it was a mistake for me to expect her to behave like one. Don't be like me.
