Jocelyn is the most attentive, caring, thorough, professional, and kind practitioner I've met. I am a nurse as well, so I analyze all aspects of my care. Jocelyn is amazing! She exceeds expectations and has changed my life - the care I've received has given me so much relief and improvement in my quality of life. Jocelyn and her office are always quick to respond to my questions, whether through the app or on the phone. I cannot recommend her and her office enough!

Absolutely awesome! This office has the best staff. They are helpful, friendly & courteous from the front desk, nurses, lab, IV to providers, everyone is great. Takes time to review history, asks questions, complete full panel of lab, x-rays, etc. Follows through on results, insurance pre-approval & responds timely to messages. Getting in as a new patient with 30+ years RA history is not always easy. My first appointment was 1 week out not 4 months. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. I actually had my daughter call to get in also. Jocelyn is fabulous. She has knowledge that ranges from older treatments as well as the newest biologic meds, etc. She really listened to what has worked & what has not. I will drive 1 1/2 hours anytime when the service is this good.
