My mental health state is so bad after my last few appointments that I'm doing worse than I have in years. Trying to explain the root of my concerns gets me shut down, criticized, told to stop. My struggles with making improvements have also been criticized, and the improvements I have made have gone unrecognized. Even my positive statements are seen as negative. My mental health has deteriorated significantly after my most recent appointments, and I'm in a bad place right now :(
