After attending multiple sessions with this provider, with a loved one, it is unknown what the diagnosis(es) and follow-up plan truly are for the short or long term, even after emergency care. She wanted family input more than making her own determinations for next-step services; her focus is truly and primarily med management. Lovely to ask for our input, but we are not providers that can be the necessary catalyst to get the right care and supportive environment set up for clientele.We are wholly unimpressed and hoping for someone better in the area. Use someone else, so your loved one and the caretaking friends/family aren't thrown through the ringer for weeks/months on end without a light at the end of the tunnel.

Joannah is the best psychological practitioner I've ever had. She genuinely cares about u as a person. She always asks ur opinion and takes in to account ur feelings when she adjusts your meds. I absolutely love her and am so grateful to have found her!

Not a fan. I saw her twice and both times she made errors with my record/prescriptions that I needed to do a substantial amount of calling/emailing to straighten out. She was also blunt and impersonal, and as someone with depression and anxiety, it was hard to answer questions like "So I see on your chart that you're having suicidal thoughts? why?" with no sort of easing into it/compassion.
