Joanna has helped me by educating on my diet. I had a A1C of 11 in which I nearly needed insulin shots. I met her just in time! She changed my diet through education. She prescribed the medication to help bring down my A1C.
She encouraged me to exercise. I did this by walking, I started off slow and increased my distance with time. Now three years later, I have an A1C of 5.8 and I have lost 80lbs. Thank you Joanna for placing me on the right tracks, you are amazing!
