Joanna was very pleasant during our time together, and made me feel comfortable. Joanna listened to the things going on in my life, and helped work through my struggles. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make a change with their mental health.

Joanna has a complete and total lack of people skills. She exhibits a very condescending approach, and a preachy attitude. I was treated like a sub-standard person. Not what I'm looking for in someone who is supposed to be helping me. Very unprofessional.
