Joanna is an amazing provider! She goes out of her way for her patients, spends quality time with you and is always accessible. Having chronic pain is an incredible ordeal and she goes above and beyond what any other practitioner has ever done for me. She always listens, works with me and anticipates her patients needs especially when it comes to the grueling hoops you have to jump through with insurance and pharmacies regarding medication. She is an exceptional provider and I feel so lucky to be under her care because she never makes me feel like there isn't a solution to whatever problem we are facing, which is important when so much of dealing with chronic pain is incredibly frustrating and can feel like a dead end. Her positivity, ingenuity, empathy and willingness to think outside the box really helps keep me going in a rotten situation.

You've never met a more wonderful, brilliant, intuitive, kind, thoughtful, and insightful medical provider. Joanna goes beyond what anyone in pain management or patient care ever has for people suffering with the daily challenges of the most rare and incurable painful diseases recorded on earth. If you're fortunate enough to get onto her packed schedule you'll see and feel exactly what I'm talking about. She searches through every piece of her knowledge base to share/educate her patients on ways/options you'd never think of that can create positive impacts in your 24/7 challenges with relentless chronic pain. She's been one of the biggest gifts in my life and I'm alive today because of her thorough, compassionate, experienced care, and the many natural and interesting alternative pain hacks she's taught me. I'm my own best advocate because of her rare commitment to her purpose, to give every patient the best care humanly possible.

She is very unprofessional. I was seeing her for over 3 years for my pain. She abruptly took me off medication that I should have been weened off of. She never called to explain but she had her re eptionist tell me that she was done treating me. This is so unprofessional. I would never recommend her for pain management. I am reporting her to the AMA.

Joanna is an excellent care provider who listens carefully to what her patients have to say. She explains things clearly and makes sure that her patients leave her office with a clear plan as to how best manage their healthcare. I've mentioned that she's caring, but don't mistake her for a pushover. She has rules for her patients, and if you want her to accept you as a patient, you will be expected to sign an agreement that you will abide by the rules. There will be urine analysis checks and pill counts. If she accepts you as a patient, consider yourself fortunate. However, if you don't abide by the rules, you'll find yourself looking for another care provider, and that would be your loss.

I have been a patient with Joanna Katz and Dr Jon Olson since early 2000's and the service that they and she has provided has been exemplary all the years that I have been under their care! The staff has been some of the best in the medical field, yes sometimes there is a lot of patience's in the office and yes they can be rushed or sometimes be a little short . That is not because they are rude or impatient ! It is because they are HUMAN and trying to do a job as affiant as possible! They are trying to take care of every patients needs. Joanna Katz and Dr Olson have been professionals that care and listen to the patients needs and concerns!! I have had the pleasure of having them as medical professionals and taken care of my pain management after others just want to get you out of their offices and collect their fees. Not THESE FOLKS THEY ARE REAL EXAMPLES OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS !!!! THANK YOU
