Absolutely a waste of time if you are not an old, skinny white guy with no preexisting conditions. She refused to give me bloodwork after saying I haven’t had it in over a year. She told me to take Immodium for a hiatial hernia. I have wasted two appointments in her office just to be laughed out of the room and given no treatment. I cannot believe this woman went to college, let alone has a medical license!! I am chronically disabled and she refuses to help!! NOT A DOCTOR!!

I came in for pain in my upper left abdomen and she just told me I was overweight that’s why it hurt, she did not wanna order a test or had a very generic answer for everything. She kept saying I was “young and healthy” so to make a long story short I found a new doctor because this was the most common answer I got with her. The new doctor ordered a CAT scan right away and found out my spleen was enlarged and referred me to a specialist. When I came in I also have been having pain in my lshoulder and she said it’s probably just tendinitis and told me to take over the counter medicine. The new doctor ordered an MRI and found out I had a near full thickness tear and nerve impingement. My suggestion is if you have a problem do not go see her she rushes everything and does not really want to answer your questions.

Joann was easy to communicate with. Took her time, listened to and answered all my questions.
