This review is for the PA David Jin Zheng. I have never had a worse experience at a healthcare provider. I came in as a new patient to see Jin Zheng, PA get a prescription refill on acne medication. The appointment itself lasted somewhere in between 5-10 minutes because I've gone to other dermatologists in the past and know exactly what I need. I come home to a bill of several hundred dollars. I inspect it, and it says it has been coded as a 45-59 minute visit. I call their number (which is actually a call center, and so it is hard to reach your specific office), and the front desk tells me that I need to speak with billing. I call billing, and billing sends me back to front desk. I spent nearly half of a day going back and forth, with no one seemingly being able to or wanting to fix my billing error. I finally am able to make progress by speaking with the lead receptionist, who explains that it is coded as an hour visit because the doctor noted my condition as chronic. Keep in mind
