I visit Express Family Care for exactly that. When I have a minor health issue and I don't have a whole morning or afternoon to sit in my GP's office for hours, I visit 'Doc' Tisdale. His care is excellent! He takes a genuine interest in you to provide you the highest level of care. I have complete confidence in his care! His staff is friendly and caring. You will be seen in a timely manner. His facility is excellent and exceptionally well maintained. I highly recommend Express Family Care for your health and wellness care.

My family has been going to him for over 4 years now. From the staff to him personally, Jimmy does listen and ask questions. Some people may not want to answer the questions but that best help him determine the root of the issue. My kids are afraid of shots but as soon as the staff come in to give it the kids feel at ease because a. They do it quick ,b. They talk to you and children while administering, c. They explain everything. If I need quick help they are always there. I have a pancreatic cyst and no IBU was not given! Jimmy asked what I thought was best for me and listened. Dr Jimmy from the Mathis/Sanders/Quinn Family -THANK YOU ALL!!

Avoid this nurse practitionerHorrible and rude person. Dr Tillsdale has no clue about how to heal his patients. All he does is prescribing you Ibuprofen for everything and asks you to take it until you die. He will not treat the cause of illness. That was the answer he gave me for my knee pain and back pain and migraine. He didn't stay in the room long enough to discuss the problem but got up and left almost immediately. He does nothing but force pills on you and barely cares about whats actually wrong with you. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. He’s a joke in the business.

I don’t recommend him for complicated medical issues or accurately reading blood tests. He missed dangerously low ferritin levels and autoimmune thyroid disease. Had to get a 2nd opinion after seeing him with no answers. Very condescending, rude and dismissive of my concerns. If you have a cold, strep or need vaccines, he’s your man. The staff is absolutely amazing though.

Terrible. Diagnosed with ecoli with no test done and was in the room for a total of 5 minutes.

This is our main family doctor. I would not go to no other Doctor office. Dr. Tisdale has helped my family out for 2 years now. Every time we go there we feel like he cares about us. We drive 22 miles every time we visit him and it is worth it! Thanks Dr. Tisdale for being our family Doctor.

He had the audacity to look up a patients’ bill while they were in the room and said “would you want to treat someone who didn’t pay you?”. Even though they had just paid the bill (only $62.00, mind you.) prior to being brought back into the room. Horrible.

Great guy, listens carefully, helps you find the lowest cost prescriptions
