Jimmy has been superb throughput my treatment. Pushing when I needed, reining me in as I went too far, encouraging the rest. Absolutely fantastic experience and I'll miss my PT appointments and time with him and the rest of the Langford team. I could not ask for more or better care and support

I started going to Jimmy after I tore my Achilles while playing basketball. The amount of one one one attention he gives you is great, and his willingness to answer questions and explain things really gave me confidence in his ability to guide me back to proper health. From an athelete’s standpoint, I most appreciated the motivation Jimmy gave me in returning to the court following a nightmare injury. He really pushes you, something you need when you need to learn how to walk again.

I had a labral repair surgery on my hip in March. Worked with Jimmy for rehab post surgery after a buddy recommended him to me. Jimmy is a genius. He has an extensive understanding of functional mobility and sport specific application. He knows when to push and when to pull back the aggressiveness of treatment based on your levels of restriction. He is laser focused on bringing full range of motion to your joints and implements a highly measured approach in doing so. Hip feels stellar!
