She listened a lot, and was very helpful. In my honest opinion she was way more helpful than the doctor. When I went to see the doctor about 8-9 ish months ago, I remember the doctor being fairly rushed and somewhat dismissive. Jillian was very helpful and attentive.

Jillian was exactly what I had hoped for. She was patient, understanding, and concerned about how I felt. She took her time to listen to my symptoms, asked questions to make sure she understood my concerns and offered a route to resolve my problem. Importantly, she listened. When I left I felt that my concerns were thoroughly reviewed and that a good course of action had been provided. I even received a follow up call from Jillian shortly after my appointment informing me that my prescription had been called in and should be available immediately. She reiterated the treatment plan we discussed in the office and told me to call if I needed to discuss anything with respect to my treatment plan.

I've been around long enough to identify an employee who cares. The ones who step up and keep it moving. Jillian personifies that. Kind, caring and very knowledgeable!Would definitely recommend!
