My husband and I both saw Jill often and appreciated her bedside manor and thoroughness. We have done telehealth and in person visits. Sad to see she has left the practice!

I was scheduled to visit Jill on 1/11/22 at 1:30pm and was asked by the practice, a day prior, if I would be open to come at an earlier appt. of 8:30am. To which I agreed. I waited 2 months for this appt. I filled out all the necessary paperwork prior to arrival and arrived at 8:46am. I was greeted by the receptionist and was told I was not going to be seen and had to reschedule for another month or two. The office was completely empty and had no other patient awaiting to be seen. I switched my schedule to accommodate the earlier appt. and was not given the same courtesy. I was coming in as a new patient as this practice is the successor of a practice of Dr. Neelakanth Harapanahalli, MD in Bel Air Maryland, of which I have been going to for over 12 years. If this is how new patients are treated, I would not recommend this practice as this practice and provider does not value the patient's health need and time.
