Does not listen to patient's concerns
I went in for a couple of very specific tests due to a very specific concern of mine, and walked out having gotten neither of those tests, but a third, irrelevant test instead. She was very dismissive of my concerns, very patronizing & seemed to think I was just being a hypochondriac. She insisted that I did not need the services I was requesting, gave me very impersonal health advice that I could've found on the internet, and suggested that I get another service that was unrelated to my concern, just because. Would not recommend.
