Do not refer to this woman as Dr. Powell because she is NOT a doctor, and she is NOT a physician. She is a nurse practitioner. Big difference.

Dr. Powell pay attention to her patient. She was flirty with some Guy. Not professional

Couldn’t even get a copy of the bill so that I could file it with my insurance company, much less a response from her.

I've never met a doctor who understood the totality of how medications work and how they will work for me until Dr. Powell. Add in her gifts and other training, and she's also a wonderful talk therapist. I've recommended her to many people because she has expertise in several areas, and that's a necessity, now, in a world where pharmaceutical companies advertize directly to me. She just looks at me and says, "You won't metabolize the chemical structure of that drug, well." Thank you: Expertise.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Powell for years. She is amazing! Recently I was dealing with extreme anxiety and we called Dr. Powell and scheduled an appointment. She helped my husband better understand what I was experiencing and what causes it. She also treated, spoke, and listened to me like a good physician should. Dr. Powell is a brilliant, bright, caring, and knowledgable physician! She always asks me how I'm doing, how school is going, how are my kids, etc. She shares in my excitement on the improvments I've made and the quality of life I am now able to lead! She has helped make my quality of life so much better!

Dr. Powell is the most irresponsible care provider that I've ever met. I've had four appointments and she missed two. This last time I had to struggle to get meds because she rescheduled me so that I can out of meds, didn't allow the pharmacy to refill it and SHE MISSED THE APPOINTMENT (for the second time). Her secretary, Candy, has no concept of how to speak professionally and complained that I was to loud (while on a car speakerphone).

I have unfortunately had to seek mental health due to certain circumstances . I have went from one to another trying to find a therapist that treats me like they would like to be treated. A couple wouldnt even look at me , they would just start typing notes. A few made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Someone referred me to Dr. Powel , she does not look down on you in any way. She just treated me like she would treat a friend but in a very professional way. Finally . Thank you Dr. Powell
