Jill is a TERRIBLE counselor. She was chosen to fabricate evidence against me, the father, After doing my research, I discovered she is often forced or 'appointed' for Jackson County courts to sway and 'bias' a case depending on who the GAL, Judge, or Counsel is. In my case, I had Jared Frick, Anthony Moreno, Jay DeHardt, and Independence Courthouse Judge. Read other reviews that agree, she talks over you, has serious power issues and wants to blab on and on about herself instead of listening to the issues at hand. If things get heated, which she will often provoke at the end of the session, she pushes you out in the hall without so much as a goodbye. In my case, some 7 minutes of blabbing on about an exercise of naming 'What words come to mind when you think of your child?' She did this for the 2nd and 3rd visit. After asking her, is this the same exercise as the last session?, she became flustered and said 'oh, I didn't update the portal.' I did not attend another session

Jill does not stop talking, she talks over people, over her clients, and rarely allows them to speak. She presses her opinions and constantly interrupts. She is shaming if you make a mistake or don't get things right the first time. I felt like I was a child being scolded in each session. My ex and I met with Jill for over 3 months for co-parent counseling. It was apparent that she sided with my ex. I have been in therapy for over 10 years - I am SHOCKED that she is allowed to practice unlicensed. The damage she caused to my mental health and relationship with my child is staggering. Do not go there. Do not recommend it.
