I have been seeing Jill Harden for 10+ years. I recently had a my annual checkup at her new location with Dr. Mark Francis on Louetta Rd. The staff was friendly and welcoming and as usual, I had a pleasant checkup with Jill.

My wife and I have seen Jill for the last 10 years, and I can't say enough great things about the care she has provided. She is knowledgeable, informative, and never in a rush to get through the appointments. I would highly recommend her as a health care provider.

Called several times to ask about pain I was feeling when taking BP medicine they prescribed. I was actually hung up on after asking to speak to the office manager. When the office manager finally did call me back after several hours she had no information for me about the pain and said I can't get an answer until tomorrow because the office was closed. Terrible customer service at the front office. It's a shame because I really liked the doctor.
