Dr. Jill Copley, AUD

I know from my parents’ experience that a good audiologist is the key to good hearing. After much research, I chose Total Hearing Care of Dallas for my care. Jill Copley was thorough, caring, and patient, and explained my hearing test results plainly and clearly. She thoroughly presented the different options available to me and the associated costs of each. She also explained the pros and cons of the various brands and styles and answered our questions patiently to our complete satisfaction. Jill personally set up my phone app and the integration with my electronic devices has been a huge extra benefit of wearing hearing aids. She took time making sure the hearing aids worked to my satisfaction, and that they fit well. I was happily surprised to be able to walk out with my new hearing aides and hear conversations without straining. In the end, I made an informed choice in which I am completely pleased. My husband enjoyed the experience and the now easy conversations with me.

Been going toDr Copley for 8 years, my husband even longer. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Just very recently we went to the new location Garland Rd in Dallas since we live in Mesquite. The gentleman at this location was very nice and checked my husbands hearing aids as the left one kept going out. He fixed the problem and my husband now is very happy and can hear much better. We will continue to go to Dr Copley at the Abrams location.

I have used Dr. Copley for about five years. Her technical and interpersonal skills are excellent. She works very hard to provide you with hearing devices which give you the best possible hearing capability. I strongly recommend her.
