Dr. Terry is such a kind, compassionate person and caregiver! I drive an hour to Vibrance because they're the best, from talking about the latest Disney releases at reception to Shay's cheerful demeanor checking me in, I feel at home. That's so strange to say about a doctor's office because they're usually a place I dread. I came to Dr. Terry with a list of symptoms that are pointing to something being wrong, but we need more info to figure out what. I have been dismissed by other doctors and left our first appt. (after hugging her) to sit in my car and cry being so thankful I'm finally heard! She even called me after the practice was closed and she was headed home to follow up as she was still thinking about my case and how to help me. She works with me and pushes for labs and appointments with a sense of urgency. She's never ever rushed an appointment and keeps the patient portal updated and responds to my questions there as well. To say I am thankful is an understatement!
