Started seeing jettie in December had flare in ankle rheumatoid arthritis. She glanced down at ankle that was it. Listened to heart and lungs she knew I had a history with rheumatoid arthritis.shr refused to give medication for it. I found a rheumatologist months later at that time we discussed prior care. I told him I was refused medicine for treatment only steroids from jettie that I told her were not working for me.i called to get my other prescriptions refilled and always I am questioned about them. In March I cancelled 2 appointment that were not needed a follow up. And a blood test. I feel I was wasting insurance money for a follow up jetties has never checked me or touched my body other than check lungs and heart. Was always question by nurses when I cancelled appointment they asked if I was leaving jetties office. I remarked that she has let me suffer in pain.t

She was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was grateful for the relaxed way she made me feel, unrushed, willing to listen to my issues. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a good nurse practitioner.
