Jesus Cardenas Alvarez, ARNP

I went to Lehigh Regional Hospital emergency room. The person i thought was a doctor turned out to be nurse Jesus Cardinas Alvarez. After i was discharged, i paid the hospital in full. This nurse has another business on the side and attempted to collect extra money from me. I refused to pay. Now this nurse has a collection company calling my cell phone demanding extra money. Also according to the debt collector, Mr nurse Alvarez has already collected over $2000 from my Health Insurance Company. All of this is in addition to the hospital bill. I've never heard of anything like this before. Do nurses demand extra tip after a hospital bill has been paid.

He said my blood tests were fine and did not show sign of an infection despite how much I insisted that he was not getting the full picture since he said my issues were caused by taking medications that I've taken in a similar way & as prescribed by a physician that has followed my care for years & is fully aware of my health. 2 nights later, my tooth was in a lot of pain, so I went to the dentists the following morning and they said I had an infection that requires me to take antibiotics and that the tooth was no longer salvageable, meaning I would need implants. When I reviewed my blood results from my ER visit with this provider, there were many many flags showing that, contrary to what he told me, they were not normal. Just as one example, in my CBC w/ auto diff, 7 of the results were flagged as abnormal.

Worse person to see!! Awful service!! Never got a phone call to get results and pain medication was never ordered!!!!
