Simply superb. Punches well above her weight as a health care provider who is not also an MD. Very experienced, inspires complete confidence in me; I trust her completely. She’s been around the block a few times, seen everything twice, calm and intelligent. Excellent “bedside manner.” Most importantly, she listens and actually hears what you’ve got to say. Cant recommend her highly enough. Works at Matthew’s-Vu in Colorado Springs; consider yourself lucky if she’s assigned as as your health care provider.

Jessica is certainly exceptional as a health care provider. She listens proactively. She genuinely cares about and respects her patients. She actively takes into account your lived experiences and she truly makes it feel like taking care of your health is a collaborative effort from the both of you. She serves her patients in the truest sense of the word. Wait times to get in to see her are long, and your appointment time may get skewed, but it's definitely worth being patient, because she's going to give you the time and space to address your needs as much as the person before and after you. She's very thorough and makes sure you're keeping up as she presents information. She'll help you navigate the health care system as best she can. She puts the work in to respect the experiences of her patients and considers the ways their identities intersect with health difficulties they face. She's always been respectful of my queer/trans identity.

She's, amazing to say the least. She truly cares about her patients and advocates for her patients when it comes to your health. It's nice having someone who listens and doesn't dismiss you like most doctors have the habit of doing. She takes her patients very seriously and will write you referrals to get to the bottom of what's affecting your health and quality of life. I'm sad though since she has left peak vista and found out yesterday. It's hard to find a medical provider as genuine as her. Just know she will fight tooth and nail for you and that you're making a good decision picking her as your provider!
