Terrible, unprofessional and when it comes to my child, I would NOT recommend this lady. I feel her demographics alone say a lot and she is very stereotypical. She denied my daughters visit, meanwhile on the Telehealth medicine website, IT STATES THAT THEY SEE PATIENTS FOR the reason we were trying to contact a doctor to be seen. She failed to read the details we listed to investigate and instead, when we reconnected, kept us on hold for over an HOUR and did not ever come on the phone. For a child? This is our healthcare system? Show your face and LISTEN to the story before you just deny someone away. When I looked up her credentials, it absolutely speaks volumes the type of person this woman is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER.
