Jessica helps me see both sides of the decision. She is not always on my side and not afraid to really make you think about your actions and what the consequences may be. Sometimes a person needs to be shaken up yet cared 4 at the same time. Jessica has shown a great deal of professionalism to me and I am thankful 4 her care.

I liked that she took the time to sit down & talked with me for quite some time. Hope she does that with all patients. Most doctors come in room & lucky to see them for 5 minutes or less.

I guess I was a bad patient?
I have been a patient of Jessica's since she began working in the office and Dr Reynolds before that going back 10+ years. Lately, since Dr Reynolds retired, the office staff and nurses have had a high turnover rate and Jessica seems more concerned about office issues than treatment. This last visit I sat in the exam room for 45 minutes, listening to Jessica chat with an office worker out in the hallway. When I walked out, she just looked at me then went back to talking.I'm 75 years old and I'm in poor health. It's difficult for me to make all of my appointments and sitting in an exam room for 45 minutes was torture for me.

Had been her patient for 2 years and thought we had good rapport. After a car accident is he just blew off my complaints and seemed more worried about how they get paid in this circumstance. Finally got an orthopedic who ordered an MRI I had asked her about before. Yep, ruptured tendon!! So it will be 6months with no relief! She was so unprofessional about this entire thing! I am so disappointed.
