I saw Jessica this month. Was highly disappointed with my appointment. Not very friendly or helpful. Refused to believe that I had an ear infection. Will never go back!!! Save your time and money

Jessica has been treating both of my daughters & myself for the past 3 years. She has a wonderful personality, plus an extensive knowledge. She gets to know you as a person, not just another patient sitting in her exam office.

Jessica has been treating my family for the past 3 years. She's knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. Her ability to connect with the patient is great and her patience with my son has been great as she's been treating him. I'm very happy with her care.

I am 70 year old male who missed my initial appointment with Keel because of emergency. I called back to apologize and reschedule and she refused to even talk to me, to reschedule or refer to the physician in the practice. This is poor medical practice and does not reflect the message on the practice website. A lower level care provider (Lock Haven PA) should not be making decisions for the practice or setting policy. Welcome to 1984. Avoid these people.
