Over the course of 20 years, I've had 8 different therapists. Before becoming Jessica's client, the best that had ever amounted to was someone to talk to every other week. Jessica has been able to help me identify and contextualize my challenges, & therefore to actually make progress in treating them. I've made more progress in 2 1/2 years than I've made in total previously. She's become an indispensable professional part of my support system. She's a true advocate who cares about her clients. It's been my experience that most people who profess to be experts in neurodivergence, including autism, have very little actual understanding of the autistic or otherwise neurodivergent experience. Jessica understands & is compassionate toward this experience, which is crucial in understand how distress may manifest, present, & be helped. She can administer EMDR therapy which has been proven to help with PTSD & I can attest to that. She is truly supportive of the *entire* LGBTQ+ community.
