Jessica was the first person that I spoke with. She explained everything to me and I said I'll call her when I'm ready. Jessica kept calling me every 2 or 3 weeks with her gentle persuasion to tell me how important it was to have a biopsy.After numerous calls, I finally decided to have the biopsy done and met Dr. Schaefer. I'm very thankful to Jessica for her gentle persuasion.
