We went to women’s to get checked out around 9:30pm. When she first walked into the room, she acted like she didn’t want to be there from the start. Extremely monotoned and acted like she didn’t care, almost a sarcastic attitude. I asked for another doctor but they told me she was the only one there since it was late at night. And after being there, “monitored” for 5 hours, she didn’t have any explanation for what was going on. So it was a wasted trip and money spent. Hopefully switching to Novant before my baby is born because she WILL NOT touch me or my baby if I have anything to do with it.

She is rude and doesn’t answer the questions as a patient you asked to her. She gives you dirty look when you ask question and she always in hurry.

My first birth was the worst experience of my life! I was denied use of an epidural and bullied into natural birth. I requested to labor the placenta but she refused, tugged and tore it resulting in hemorrhage and a blood transfusion. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her i was having umbilical cord blood banked prior to delivery. She wouldn't tell me what grade my tear was, only that it was "minor", but I seemed to require many stitches that I COULD feel that she argued I could not feel

After over a decade of experience with this obgyn, Jessica was the first negative, unacceptable experience I've had. I filed a complaint with the office and declined to see her again. I had my first birth with this office and with my second I prayed she wasn't on call when I went into labor. She wasn't!
