Was in hospital at stone oak. Jessica was professional and paid attention to my needs and I felt she had real concern. Was clear and direct with her assessment of what the doctor said. So often it seems like others tell you something different than what the doctor said. She made me feel valued and important to her. She's just plain awesome.

Awful care and terrible bedside manner. A perfect example of someone who should NOT be in the medical field. I will be reporting her to my insurance as well as all supervisors. My wife and I brought my son to NC Baptist in April and she was extremely unprofessional to my family and I.
