I've had significant mental health issues and have been in and out of different therapies for a long time. Jessica has been the most patient, knowledgeable, and helpful counselor I've ever worked with. I've felt safe with her and made significant progress since working with her. Jessica is consistently kind, reassuring, and gentle. She sticks with you even in the really messy stuff. She's receptive to feedback and always seems to be working on expanding her skills and knowledge.

As a therapist, I confidentially confer with Jessica about concerning scenarios. She is intuitive, attentive and clear in her communication. This is exactly how she is with her clients. She provides safety, wisdom, and joy even in tough life struggles.

I haven't seen her since 2018 but I received therapy from her for a couple years. Everything went well until she had my trust and that's when it started to change. She was less interested in helping me with my condition and more interested in forcing me to agree with everything she said. She refused to be wrong. It went so far as her telling me that my insurance adjuster didn't know the law surrounding one of the life struggles I was having at the time. It ended up in an argument because she refused to admit that she didn't know as much as someone who has worked in the insurance industry for decades. She completely betrayed my trust and I would suggest no one schedule appointments with her if they are truly interested in improving their mental health. She will gain your trust (and your money) first, then become completely ice-cold and refuse to have a discussion if she thinks she's right about something. Stay away, for your health.
