Does not know what she is doing!
Jessica is nice but does not know what she is doing. She'd rather gloat how long she has been in Neurology than helping the patient. She throws her credentials around like it's supposed to mean something to me. I'm just there for help. It took me 7 months, but I finally got to see the doctor. Don't listen to Jessica, you can see the doctor! Do not listen to her excuses, call the doctors office right away. Supposedly the doctor was out of the Country the whole 7 months. She's a liar, and she's a physician assistant not a doctor!

It took several attempts/months to my get orders sent to the correct hospital for tests. After several months, I had tests performed. However, never received results from office after several attempts.

Jessica was so nice and understanding of all my questions. She's very nice and makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Jessica doesn't appear to be prepared. I returned for a followup and she hadn't looked at a previous x-ray I had given her. what was the point of a follow up if she wasn't prepared.
