Great in the beginning, terrible towards the end!
I started seeing Jessica in October of 2020. At first I really liked her because I felt we worked well together. The hardest part for me was feeling safe enough to open up to her. I’d get so uncomfortable the I would completely shut down. She’d try to get it out of me what was bothering me which didn’t work all the time. She would interrogate me which no therapist should ever do. Towards the end she threatened to refer me out which was really upsetting for me. I laid in bed for a good two weeks and bawled my eyes out. I wouldn’t recommend her as a therapist. She needs to go back to school to learn to become a better therapist.
