Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful in discussing my situation. However , the group Practise as a whole has not been a great experience. I wish I had found someone who is more reliable. This Group has to be making good money but the office in cool springs looks so shabby. I went for a sleep study there and another man and I stood outside in the dark wondering why no one answered the door when we rang the bell over and over?! Finally i Called the office - it was after hours so I wasn’t sure if anyone would answer - a fellow answered and said ‘oh yeah the doorbell doesn’t work - I am inside now so you can come in. ‘ Well thanks for nothing! Not a great start. The actual ordering of a Cpap has been a big hassle too. Over a month since they confirmed the diagnosis in their office to me and they still don’t have the prescription completely sent to a Cpap vendor. If I had not already started with these folks I would go elsewhere
