Jessica Barofsky, PMHNP

After a couple of visits, Jessica left the service I was meeting her on and directed me to use a different platform that she was moving to. She then stopped responding to my messages. She did not reply to me nor ask how I was going. Ultimately, I was left me without the medication I needed and was forced me to meet with a new provider. I had to start my mental heath care from scratch. Horrible experience. Stay away from this provider if you rely on medication to help manage your mental health symptoms.

Jessica was always late to an appointment or did not show up at all. My daughter was frustrated trying to get evaluated after Jessica was experimenting with 3 different medications. After 9 months of struggling with the appointments, Jessica stopped responding at all. This left my daughter in a very dangerous and anxious position. How could a person who claims to care about people and family just neglect a 19-year-old patient who is under her care (or any patient)??? Jessica should not be allowed to practice. She is the most negligent medical provider we have ever experienced.

Jessica forgot to joined to the scheduled session. She didn't follow-up either. I would not recommend her.
