Jess is an extremely skilled IFS practitioner and displays compassion and understanding when helping you navigate difficult mental health and life challenges. She incorporates body-centered healing as well as mindfulness and meditation practices into her work. She is a wonderful person and therapist and I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress.

I experienced low boundaries from this person. She admitted to me on a separate occasion that I had better boundaries than she did. She is a perfectly nice person with her heart in the right place but it became toxic due to boundary violations. Also, although she had me as a client (I am disabled) she moved to an inaccessible office. I should have known what that signified about her but I did not at the time. Her current office remains inaccessible.
