Jessica is friendly in the office but uses very unprofessional language. It made me uncomfortable. I was really excited that she made a plan for me but after my appointment, it was difficult to get in touch with her. It took 28 days for her office to order a very important test for me. She does not give test results in a timely manner. When someone is sick, they don’t want to wait weeks or talk to an assistant. I was so disappointed that I found another provider. You have to advocate for yourself!! You are not at the mercy of doctors or nurses. She’s nice but not a good fit for me and I will NEVER recommend her.

I was seen by Dr Bogdan Moldoveanu and Jessica Abney in the New Albany office for several years. It was always a good visit. Very helpful, answers all my questions and took very good care of me. I still have not found a pulmonologist to compare with the care I received with them. Caretaker fro husband with Parkinson's plus raising 6 year old grand daughter I can't drive to Louisville office. I sure miss them.
