Jesine Ogara

We had a terrible experience with Jesine as our daughter's therapist. She was rude, inflexible and her approach resulted in more disordered eating and hospitalization. We found that Jesine has one way of doing things and will not adjust based on a client's needs. Her lack of empathy and ability to positively connect were detrimental to the therapy process. She was overbearing in the intake, and I wish I had listened to my gut and found another therapist. I recommend doing your research - there is a reason she has a lot of negative reviews.

Jesine is a dangerous therapist who is not only not effective but makes situations worse. Instead of helping our child become an independent thinker and decision maker, she made our child completely dependent on her. She also supported our child in making false accusations and encouraged our child to turn against the family. I would not recommend that anyone engage her and would be happy to provide further details and what to watch out for in case you are considering her for your child
