My telehealth appt today went south when Jerry didn’t like that I wanted to be on audio link only. My request for a three sentence note saying he sees me for mental health counseling on these dates was held over me because I missed my prior appt the week before due to being depressed and in bed. He asked me to shut up and then told me to shut up. I told him I wanted to focus on moving forward and he said if I didn’t want the truth then he might as well hang up. He told me my medication management provider is probably having the same concerns as him with the note requesting I receive services. Then I asked him who he thinks he is making judgment on a different providers office and he hung up the phone. Absolutely the worst experience ever over a one time missed therapy appt. It’s in your best interest to seek therapy elsewhere from a healthy and happy mental health therapist.

Jerry gossips about his clients. As I showed up for my fourth appointment, he shut the door in my face and called saying he was “taking out the trash” and “must have missed me”. Then I got a massive bill for all FOUR appointments three days later. Do yourself a favor, find another therapist.
