I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr Dawson and his staff! I have been a patient since I was 16 (10 years now) but was recently in a car accident. I had severe whiplash and immediately went to see him. He helped me to avoid being in so much pain and my body was set on the right healing track. I was also very nauseous and dizzy after the accident. I was told by the nurses at urgent care it could be weeks before the nausea went away. It was gone within 3-4 adjustments with Dr. Dawson. It
